an application form which you can print and return to
us. You have a number of options for paying your membership
fee:

Pay your fee by direct credit to the
bank account listed on the application form. |

Send a cheque with your application. |
Just choose whichever option works best for you and
we'll have your membership card out to you as soon as possible.
If you're currently working we'll contact your employer to confirm your status. If not, please enclose a copy of a bill or something similar which shows your residential address.
